1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Automation Agency website and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

AI Automation Agency provides access to AI agents and automation workflows. The Services may evolve over time and we may add, modify or remove features at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe third-party rights, attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or designed to mislead.

6. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to operate the Services. Outputs produced by AI agents are provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (including model providers, payment processors and infrastructure vendors). Their availability and pricing are outside our direct control.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
